Watermelon Popsicles





300g watermelon, diced

4 mint leaves

2 tbls Wellgrove Immune Support or Heart Health OLE

1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

2 kiwi fruit, skin removed & diced

Icecream/popsicle moulds & wooden sticks



  1. Place watermelon, mint, ½ cup of the yogurt, and Wellgrove OLE into a high powered blender or Nutribullet. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into icecream moulds to fill ¾ of each mould.
  3. Place a wooden stick into the middle of each mould.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour or until the top is set.
  5. Spoon the remaining yogurt on top of the watermelon mixture in each mould to fill ½ the remaining space.
  6. Freeze for 1 hour or until the top is set.
  7. Crush with a fork or blend the kiwi fruit until smooth.
  8. Pour into the moulds to fill the remaining space.
  9. Freeze overnight or until set.
