Raw Protein Bars

Makes 4 bars or 8 bites

Keto, dairy free, gluten free

 

Ingredients

½ cup macadamia nuts (or cashews)

½ cup desiccated coconut

2 tbls monk fruit sweetener (or alternative granulated sweetener)

¼ cup tahini (or runny nut/seed butter)

1 tbls melted cacao butter

2 scoops Wellgrove Natural Keto Super Powder

2 tbls cacao nibs

Optional addition - 1 scoop collagen or protein powder of choice

 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except cacao nibs in a food processor. Blitz for a minute until well combined, scraping down the sides halfway.
  2. Fold through cacao nibs.
  3. Spoon into a small container lined with baking paper. Smooth down with a spatula or spoon.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour or until set. Cut into bars or bite size pieces. Store in the freezer.
