Low Carb Berry Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 serve

Low carb, dairy free, gluten free, vegan option



1 cup frozen berries

¾ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

¾ cup frozen cauliflower

1 scoop Wellgrove Natural Keto Super Powder

1 scoop protein powder of choice - optional (plant-based protein for vegan)

Toppings of choice - fresh berries, coconut, cacao nibs, nut butter, chia seeds



  1. Blend all ingredients (except toppings) in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add a splash of more milk if required for desired consistency.
  2. Spoon into a bowl, top with toppings and serve immediately.
