Keto Chocolate Fat Bombs

Makes 10 balls

Keto, dairy free, gluten free, vegan

 

Ingredients

⅓ cup (45g) cacao butter

2 scoops Wellgrove Vanilla Keto Super Powder

2 tbls monk fruit sweetener (or sugar free sweetener alternative)

¼ cup cacao powder

1 tbls coconut flour

3 tbls peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)

Pinch salt

2 tbls cold water

 

Method

  1. Melt cacao butter in a bowl over a simmering pot of water, stirring occasionally until just melted. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Add nut butter, Wellgrove Keto Powder, cacao powder, sweetener, salt, and coconut flour and stir thoroughly until well combined. The mixture should look silky and be runny.
  3. Add cold water and stir quickly until well combined. The cold water helps to cease the cacao butter to firm up. The mixture should look mousse like.
  4. If mixture is too soft to roll into balls, refrigerate for 5 minutes first. Roll into 10 mini balls.
  5. Refrigerate until set and store in the fridge.
