Heart Healthy Bruschetta


2 cups tomato, diced (cherry, roma, or mixed)

¼ red onion, finely diced

6 marinated artichoke hearts, diced

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon capers (optional)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 capsules Wellgrove Heart Health Extra Strength Olive Leaf Extract

Sea salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Place tomato, red onion, artichoke, basil and capers in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl or mixing jug, place balsamic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and salt and pepper.
  3. Break open Wellgrove Heart Health capsules and add in. Whisk to combine.
  4. Pour over the tomato mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Serve on top of sliced fresh or toasted multigrain sourdough bread or over grilled fish.
