Green Smoothie

Makes 1 serve

Keto, dairy free, gluten free, vegan



1 scoop Wellgrove Vanilla Keto Super Powder

½ avocado

½ cup frozen zucchini, diced

Handful spinach

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant-based milk of choice)

1 heaped tbls desiccated coconut

4 ice cubes



  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
